After a long day, we stepped into our room and found itvery comfy and tidy! The fridge was larger than expected, great for our drinks-a nice touch for our stay.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but reasonable enough.

Nice hotel, I greatly enjoyed its particularly good location.

The hotel was located so close to Chanute and shops. The beds were comfortable, the room was well-kept and spotless with a king bed. The staff was friendly, as for 3-stars venue.

Had a wonderful two-day stay! The owner is very friendly and takes pride in making sure everything is perfect. My room was clean and well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. I loved the comfortable bed and the many TV channels available. The clean pool was a nice relaxing spot, and breakfast options like waffles and oatmeal hit the spot every morning.

I stayed for 1 night here and had a very comfortable time. Stayed at a good sized and well-kept room with air conditioner, a King bed, good breakfast. Had a bath and a shower in the bathroom. The staff was amicable from arrival to departure...

Despite the clean appearance, I was disappointed by the limited breakfast seating, uncomfortable to enjoy the meal. The pillows were standard size, feeling inadequate for a restful night's sleep. While the owner was attentive, the overall experience lacked the comfortable touch expected from a decent motel. Multiple guests, including myself, found the room decor outdated, which detracted from the overall charm of the place.

We had a lot of fun visiting Santa Fe Lake, just a quick trip from our stay. With three small kids, we enjoyed swimming and taking in the beautiful scenery. The staff was super friendly and made sure our rooms were always clean.

This place suits me perfectly. It offers clean rooms, free Wi-Fi, a pool, and a helpful 24-hour reception. I'll never forget how the staff assisted me in getting my forgotten earpods back. I highly recommend staying here. I'll be back for my business trip.
